We kindly request that you do not send us any unsolicited materials, including but not limited to: ideas, concepts, pitches, suggestions, stories, screenplays, treatments, formats, artwork, photographs, drawings, videos, audiovisual works, musical compositions (including lyrics), sound recordings, program formats, characterizations, and/or other similar materials.

If, despite our request that you not send us your ideas, proposals, and creative works, you still submit them, then regardless of what your letter says, the following terms shall apply to your submissions:

 

• You agree that your submissions and their contents will automatically become the property of Uncommon Productions, without any compensation to you.

• There is no obligation for Uncommon Productions to review, consider, or otherwise use the submission. 

• Uncommon Productions may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way.

• There is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.

By submitting your ideas, proposals, and creative works to Uncommon Productions, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read and understood our unsolicited submissions policy.
